Press release: elobau presents sustainable solutions at Agrishow in Brazil

In recent decades, Brazil has continuously innovated and revolutionized it’s agricultural sector. Today, Brazil is one of the world’s most important food producers, is home to globally-leading economy, and produces more than 80% of its electricity from renewable sources. As the most important meeting point for the agricultural sector in Latin America, Agrishow holds a key position in presenting new technological solutions for Brazilian farmers. In 2022, the fair recorded around 193,000 visitors from 49 countries.

Innovative products for agriculture

For elobau, the Agrishow represents an important platform to strengthen the company’s commitment to the Brazilian market and to support existing and potential new customers with innovative and sustainable products in the agricultural segment. Rafael Giusti, head of elobau’s Brazil office, emphasizes the importance of the event: “Agrishow is a window for the launch of new technologies and generated R$11.2 billion in new business in 2022. This year we complete 10 years of exposure at Agrishow, bringing sustainable solutions to further improve work in the field”. With our aforementioned 225MA Midi modular armrest and newest generation of tilt sensors, we look forward to working with Brazilian agricultural OEMs to continue making the industry safer, more ergonomic, and more sustainable.

The N6/N7 tilt sensor duo: increased safety and flexibility for mobile machines

Precise work, even under extreme conditions – this is made possible by the N6 static and N7 dynamic tilt sensors. Built on MEMS technology, they offer increased safety, reliability, functionality and flexibility for easy inclination measurement in both static and dynamic applications. The N6 static achieves high precision in difficult environmental conditions in stationary operation or with slow machine movement. The N7 dynamic, with included gyroscope, makes high-precision measurement possible even in the case of jerky movements, vibrations or shocks. Both sensors are suitable for use in off-highway machines, such as agricultural and forestry machines, construction machines or also industrial trucks.

The Armrest 225MA Midi: Individual and sustainable

Another highlight awaiting visitors to the elobau stand is the modular armrest 225MA midi. Designed with modularity at its core, the 225MA Midi allows customers to select exactly the elements they need to control their vehicle functions from elobau’s wide range of products. “Plug and play” is the maxim here – with standard plug-in connections and CAN protocol SAE J1939, this armrest can be configured according to customer requirements in order to allow for easy connection to the vehicle. The armrest is designed for ease of use and comfort for the operator and reflects elobau’s 30 years of experience in developing customized operating systems. The individually and ergonomically arranged controls also enable intuitive control of the vehicle functions by the user. To meet the goal of future-oriented and sustainable product development, the plastics used for the modular armrests are 75% bio-based.
