Following the successful launch of the elo.store in Germany in 2021, the expansion to the entire DACH region, the Benelux countries and Scandinavia, customers from France now also can order via the elo.store.

The launch of the shop in Austria, Switzerland, the Benelux countries and Scandinavia was accompanied by consistently positive feedback. Now Tony Baumann’s team has pushed ahead with internationalization: The elo.store is now also available in France.

The online shop currently contains around 650 products from the four product areas of operating elements, machine safety, sensors, and level measurement. The elo.store team is continuously working to expand the number of items available in the online store and is open to item inquiries. In addition, a virtual assistant is available that supports the product search with the help of artificial intelligence. The live chat with customer support also helps with questions about shopping in the elo.store.
