eloFlex is the perfect safety solution for machines and systems with up to four safety functions – with up to four redundant safety inputs and simultaneously up to 4 redundant safety outputs. It is suitable for connecting safety sensors with potential-free contacts, such as emergency stop buttons or magnetic safety sensors with reed contacts, as well as for connecting safe semiconductor (OSSD) outputs of safety light curtains and barriers. The eloFlex can also reliably monitor a two-hand control system.
eloFlex and series machines
The eloFlex especially shows its advantages with series machines. Here, the simple installation and commissioning are convincing. The configuration documented by elobau means maximum protection against manipulation. Once configured, it cannot be changed afterwards. For users, this not only means more safety but also saves training and storage costs. The variable number of safety functions and safety outputs give maximum flexibility – more functionality with less space required.
