Continuous level measurement is achieved via a reed grid and magnet system. This enables users to continuously monitor and read the precise status level rather than only having an empty signal notification. The SL2R is available with a resistance or voltage output signal.

The SL2R offers the option of implementing advanced ‘intelligent’ functions (IoT connection) via the machine control system and further processing the continuous level: for optimised route planning and optimised scheduled container replacement in autonomous driving applications, for fault detection in the application and for detecting different container sizes. In addition, the optimised ordering behaviour of the medium used ensures high process reliability.
This expands the range of applications for the new eloLance SL2R compared to the SL2D switch point variant: In addition to use in professional dishwashers, car washes, cleaning machines, dosing technology and water treatment, it can also be used in autonomous applications such as self-driving cleaning robots and in decentralised applications such as dosing technology in public swimming pools.
In addition, the new eloLance SL2R offers the same advantages as the eloLance SL2D.
Like the eloLance SL2D model, the new eloLance SL2R differs from comparable suction lances in its seal-free design. This eliminates the need for media-specific seals, reducing the number of variants required for liquid extraction in canisters. The low extraction point leaves only a small residual quantity, allowing users to use the canisters economically and sustainably. Both the eloLance SL2D and the new eloLance SL2R have identical mechanical and material properties. They are available in lengths from 260 mm to 1200 mm.

Durable, ergonomic and intuitive
The self-sealing hose connectors, increased wall thickness and seal-free design ensure greater durability during use. The SL2D and SL2R impress with their ergonomic head design. Quick and intuitive container changes make handling particularly easy for users, and the flexible height adjustment allows the eloLance to adapt to different container sizes.
Modular and flexible
The modular hose connection concept allows the hose to be changed using self-sealing and replaceable hose connectors. The hose connectors are factory-fitted in sizes for hoses with an internal diameter of 4 mm, 6 mm or 8 mm or are available separately. The system is also compatible with third-party connectors: standard hose connectors can also be fitted to the G3/8″ thread.
Clean in use
As cleanliness plays an important role in all areas of application, this was taken into account in several aspects of product development. The filter screen at the foot of the suction pipe prevents larger foreign objects from being sucked in. The integrated outlet brake minimises the backflow of liquid when changing containers. The clamping cone minimises liquid leakage should the entire canister fall over.
