Open communication…

…. to me means that no issue is off-limits. In regards to the workplace, this means that problems are also discussed. This includes the question of how a work task can be better solved. This type of communication works well for us. What makes elobau special is that every level is accessible, through to the CEO.

I get to know my colleagues from the various departments simply by talking to people. As I result, I learn about what they do at their job, which makes me appreciate them even more because I know what they do. At elobau, everyone is free to and asked to communicate openly regardless of the position they hold.
