Expansion and freedom

My supervisor gives me a lot of freedom in my day-to-day work. This allows me to freely plan and shape various projects. I can take responsibility from conception through to the final product. To me, it is very important to develop a product sustainably, with an appealing design, and offer the best possible installation solution. It’s very gratifying to see a finished product in use on the road or in the field. The hierarchy at elobau is rather flat, which simplifies communication and the internal decision-making process. Regular training enables me to further evolve within my work area.
