I have always felt very appreciated at elobau and I made many positive experiences. I have been with the company for more than 20 years. My working environment is interesting and my tasks are very diversified, so that I’m constantly challenged. What makes elobau unique, in my opinion, is the good working atmosphere and how easy it is to exchange information. I appreciate the social benefits and offerings provided to employees. And I think it’s great that the company supports social and cultural projects.

The conscientious and long-term disposition of the management is also reflected in the energetic measures implemented in our buildings and workshops. The many years I have been with the company gives me a sense of security professionally as well as personally.
