Advancement opportunities

Taking responsibility is important to me. elobau offers many opportunities for my personal and professional development, and I’m constantly tasked with new challenges. I joined the development department in 2001 as a technician and became the head of the test laboratory after three years. This was quite a challenge for me in the beginning. A lot has changed since then: the test laboratory has grown both in terms of personnel and space, and the test requirements have become much more stringent over the years. The test projects are increasing in scope, which also increases the organizational effort. There are many opportunities for development in a company like elobau.
