The horizontal hose and cable outlet facilitates are perfect for use in confined installation situations. This allows the suction lance to be easily and flexibly integrated, especially in housings or under-counter applications.
The eloLance is suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. It has been tested for shock and vibration resistance. It has a thread-out aid, float protection and a filter sieve mounted in a stable position on the side. The lower edge of the head up to the base achieves protection class IPX8, the head piece IP65. The factory-fitted electrical end-of-line test and the traceability of relevant welding parameters ensure consistently high quality.
The integrated ball-out brake at the end of the pipe minimises leakage of residual quantities when changing containers. A filter sieve at the end of the suction lance prevents contamination by foreign particles. The clamping cone creates a “closed system” that minimises spillage when tipped over.
Suction lances must withstand highly aggressive media when removing and dosing cleaning agents and chemicals. The eloLance impresses with its durability and leak-tightness. This is ensured by the seal-free construction and optimised wall thicknesses in the area of direct media contact.
The ergonomic head piece is designed for quick, intuitive container changes and easy grip.
The eloLance prevents pumping and dosing application from running dry. Its low extraction and empty swichting point ensures greater efficiency and sustainability through reducing residual quantities in the container.
The modular hose connection concept enables easy hose replacement with self-sealing, easily replaceable hose nozzles.
The specially developed clamping cone can either be used to clamp the suction lance to the container or with the container lid assembly. The eloLance can be adapted exactly to the height of the container thanks to the flexible attachment. This container mounting concept therefore effectively helps to ensure that different canister sizes can be covered with one suction lance length. This reduces the number of variants.
