For one another – With one another

To me as a long-time employee, the company motto “For one another – With one another” conveys values such as respect, trust, a sense of community, team spirit, and camaraderie. “For one another – With one another” is truly lived at elobau, such as through company parties and other joint activities like skiing, department excursions, and Nordic walking, to name just a few. elobau offers free apples, coffee, and tea to us employees, and one truly unique offering is the annual Technology Camp for the employees’ children during the summer holiday. Moreover, some colleagues regularly organize Easter and Christmas campaigns to the benefit of social organizations.

I perceive this sense of support from my colleagues as well as management.
