We take an interest


For a number of years, we have carried out a regular survey (Great Place to Work®) among our employees in order to identify areas of improvement in the organisation. This has resulted in the formation of various working groups to drive the improvement process. These project groups are open to all interested employees and represent a very tangible opportunity to get involved with the workings of the company.

Work–life balance

We promote a positive work–life balance with a range of different working time models. Our employees have a ‘working life account’ to allow for phases with a stronger focus on work or family life: working hours can be accumulated as overtime or spent at home if the need arises (to care for a relative, for example).

In-house childcare during the summer holidays

For employees’ children aged 8 to 12 years, we have organised a technology summer camp since 2011. Interested boys and girls have the opportunity to carry out their first technical projects in our training workshop under the guidance of our apprentices. This week-long activity includes a visit to the parent’s place of work.
